Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applies to purchases made within Australia and exclusively via abundantnaturalhealth.com.au.
If you are not satisfied with an Abundant Natural Health product after 2 weeks of consistent use, correctly following the application guidelines and intended purpose as outlined on the product label, you may be eligible for a return under this guarantee.
To request consideration, please email admin@abundantproduce.com with the following:
- The order number and purchase date
- A description of how you used the product and the consistency
- Your feedback or reason for the dissatisfaction
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you will be asked to return the unused portion of the product, including all original packaging to:

Eligibility and Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must have been used as directed for at least two weeks.
- Refunds apply only to full-priced products purchased directly from abundantnaturalhealth.com.au.
- Refunds exclude any postage or shipping costs incurred when purchasing or returning this product.
- Change of mind purchases are not eligible for a refund or return.
- Products purchased on promotion or at a discounted price are not eligible for refund.
We value and respect our customers and ask for the same courtesy in return. Our staff are real people doing their best to assist with kindness and professionalism. We do not tolerate any form of abuse, aggression, intimidation or disrespectful behaviour toward our team. Any such conduct may result in refusal of service or cancellation or order.
Shipping Information
Australian Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current Australia Post rates.
- Free shipping applies to all Australian orders over $50.00.
International Shipping
- Shipping rates for the UK, EU, NZ and other countries are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery timeframes will depend on your location.

Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched every Monday, Thursday and Friday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been posted.
Delivery times may be extended during peak periods or due to postal delays.
Returns and Faulty Products
We offer full refunds or replacements if for your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
