I have suffered scalp psoriasis since my teen years, and this is the first product that I can honestly say consistently eases the itch and irritation. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about a month now and definitely have less dandruff/plaque fall. That first wash was so satisfying as my scalp felt so clean and very calm. I have also found the ocean sooth serum an excellent product for doing as it says - soothing. With most products I use, I feel my skin loves them the first time, but after each use they are not as effective - however these scalp treatments are proving to be continuously effective and still ease the itch after repetitive use.
